San Juan Southern Paiute Tribe Health Department | Alcohol & Substance Abuse Program
Join us for an empowering Alcohol Awareness Event where we'll explore strategies for self-care, resilience, and mental well-being — and share a meal together while we do it.
July 9 — Lunch & Learn | 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM (DST)
Alcohol Awareness Event
Alcohol touches many of our families, and talking about it openly is one of the strongest things a community can do. This gathering is a safe, supportive space to learn, ask questions, and be reminded that nobody walks this road alone.
What to expect:
- An inspiring presentation
- Supportive community discussion
- Resources for continued support
- A light, healthy lunch
Where: 67 NW Maple Street, Tuba City, Arizona
How to Participate
Just show up — no registration needed, come as you are. Bring someone. If you know a relative or neighbor who could use encouragement, education, or a meal in community, invite them along. Questions? Call (928) 660-2559.
Let's shine a light on alcohol awareness together. See you there!
A Note
If you or someone in your family is carrying something heavy, please reach out. You are not alone.
If you or someone you love is in immediate crisis, please call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, available 24 hours) or 911.
