Valued Choice Customer,

All Choice Wireless and Choice NTUA Wireless locations will remain open with additional safety measures to protect the public and continue to provide you with essential communication services.

Retail store locations will operate under a new schedule to facilitate regular cleaning and disinfection, enhancing the safety of high-risk individuals:

Starting on March 30th, for our stores in Chinle, Dilkon, Fort Defiance, Kayenta, Shiprock, and Tuba City:

Before opening, our staff will perform a deep clean to meet CDC recommendations
Open 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM for High-Risk Individuals Only
Open 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM for General Public
Staff will sanitize and clean the store every 2 hours while open
After closing, our staff will perform a deep clean to meet CDC recommendations

For our stores in Elko, Fallon, Hawthorne, Taos, and Winnemucca:

Before opening, our staff will perform a deep clean to meet CDC recommendations
Open 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM for High-Risk Individuals Only
Closed 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM for cleaning to meet CDC recommendations
Open 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM for General Public
After closing, our staff will perform a deep clean to meet CDC recommendations

Additionally, we are limiting the number of people allowed in each location to adhere to the newly defined federal recommendations. At this time, no more than 5 employees and customers combined are allowed in a single location at once.

An employee will be stationed at the door of each location to manage the number of customers entering the store.

We understand that some of our customers need to get help or do business with us in person. At this time, we request that you use any of the methods below and to avoid visiting one of our locations if at all possible.
