Food Demo: Learn to Make Blue Corn Tamales & Dumplings
The San Juan Southern Paiute Tribe Health Department invites you to a free 3-hour food demonstration class with Elsie Begay.
Participants will learn how to prepare blue corn tamales and blue corn dumplings, with a focus on traditional ingredients and techniques that help keep our foods and culture alive.
