Grow Through What You Go Through: A Wellness Opportunity in Page, Arizona
May is Mental Health Awareness Month—a time to pause, reflect, and invest in something most people neglect until it’s too late: their emotional well-being.
On May 1, 2026, something simple—but powerful—is happening in Page, Arizona.
A free emotional wellness conference is being offered, built around a message that cuts through the noise:
“Grow Through What You Go Through.”
That line isn’t just motivational fluff. It’s a challenge. Because growth doesn’t come from avoiding difficulty—it comes from facing it, understanding it, and learning how to move forward with clarity instead of chaos.
This wellness trip is designed to give people space to do exactly that.
From 8 AM to 5 PM, attendees will have access to:
- Self-care stations
- Supportive conversations
- Food and refreshments
- Transportation assistance
- A welcoming, no-pressure environment
No gatekeeping. No exclusivity. Just an open invitation to show up and invest in your mental and emotional health.
This event is sponsored by PUSD Student Support Services and the Canyonlands New PATHS Consortium, in collaboration with the San Juan Southern Paiute Tribe Health Department.
Here’s the reality: most people are carrying more than they admit. Stress, unresolved pain, burnout—it builds quietly. Events like this exist to interrupt that pattern.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to attend. You just need to show up.
