The San Juan Southern Paiute Department of Health wants to thank you for your participation in the health survey provided to you beginning February 24, 2020. We also want to thank those who participated in the Health Summit held on March 5, 2020. The information gathered will help to create the overall organization of the department and create programs that will benefit the Tribal Community. The following presentation is a summary of the data collected and presented during the Health Summit.
