This July, the San Juan Southern Paiute Tribe Health Department invites every member of our community to take part in Social Wellness Month. Through our Alcohol & Substance Abuse Program, we've planned five gatherings built on a simple truth: we heal better together than we do alone.
Wellness isn't only about the body. It's about knowing who you are, caring for yourself, sharing a meal, and standing with one another. Each event this month is a chance to do exactly that — to slow down, connect, and grow stronger as a people.
