NOTICE OF RECALL MEETING
The Election Board has received completed recall petitions for the following member(s) of the Tribal Council:
1. Michael King President
2. Nicole Edgewater Northern Council
A Recall Meeting shall be held on Saturday, May 29th, 2021 at Tuba City San Juan Southern
Paiute Administration Building (Parking Lot) At the time of 10:00 a.m.
The issue to be decided at the meeting is whether or not each of the above members of the Tribal
Council shall be recalled form office. Each eligible voter who arrives at the Recall meeting by
1:00 p.m shall have the opportunity to vote for or against the recall.
The recall of the Tribal Council Member shall pass if at least thirty percent (30%) of all eligible
voters appear and vote at the Recall Meeting and if a majority of those voting for the recall
of that Council Member.
