The Procurement page is the San Juan Southern Paiute Tribe’s official location for posting solicitations, addenda, clarifications, and (when issued) award notices. All solicitations are issued under the Tribe’s procurement authority and policies, which conform to applicable federal regulations and incorporate applicable procurement provisions of 2 CFR Part 200 by reference (except provisions not applicable to Indian tribes). All prospective bidders and offerors are hereby placed on notice that the Tribe applies Tribal Preference as provided in Tribal law, and preference requirements imposed by a funding source may also apply. Nothing posted on this page is an offer to contract. The Tribe reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, waive informalities, request clarifications, issue addenda, cancel or reissue a solicitation, and to award in the Tribe’s best interest consistent with Tribal law and applicable procurement requirements. Procurement methods and thresholds may vary by solicitation type and value. Submission instructions, deadlines, and required forms are stated in each individual solicitation. Bidders are responsible for checking this page for addenda and updates prior to submitting.
