Section 1. Ballots and Ballot Box.

(a) The Election Board shall prepare Official Ballots using Official Ballot Form F contained in the Appendix of this Ordinance.

(b) All Official Ballots shall list alphabetically the names of the candidates for each vacant Tribal Council seat, and/or shall describe the issue to be decided in the election.

(c) Voters shall not be permitted to write in candidates on any Official Ballot.

(d) The Election Board shall obtain a locked ballot box for the purpose of safeguarding marked ballots on election day.
